CPU-Z System Information Guide

Turn scattered hardware details into one clear system information report you can share or archive.

Build a full snapshot

  • Record processor identification fields
  • Capture motherboard manufacturer, model, chipset, BIOS version/date
  • Document RAM type, capacity, frequency, channels, timings, SPD
  • Add GPU identification and basic graphics specs
  • Export .txt/.html report when available

When system information matters

Support desks, warranty portals, and IT asset tools ask for consistent fields. A CPU-Z-based system information pack reduces back-and-forth and prevents mis-ordered parts.

Keep versions

Save a report after major changes (new CPU, BIOS update, RAM upgrade). Diffing two reports is the simplest way to confirm the change stuck and nothing unexpected disappeared from inventory.
